We offer a comprehensive program of yoga, childbirth education and related classes for women and families in their childbearing years. Our highly acclaimed classes include Prenatal, Baby and Me, Itsy Bitsy® Yoga for Babies, Tots and Tykes, Expecting the Best--Informed Childbirth classes, and periodic workshops geared toward expecting and new families.
