Eden's Garden Embraces a holistic approach to childbirth. We increase parents' confidence in the normal birth process by giving them tools to work with birth-related pain and discomfort and to prevent unnecessary intervention. Labor and birth are intense, hard work; each is unique. It is important that parents acquire the tools to work with and trust the body and the process of giving birth. Parents will leave class with the knowledge to make their own best choices at each point along the way.
