Birthing From Within is a unique, holistic approach to childbirth preparation. Our classes will include time spent learning pain coping practices, discussing the physiology and other information about pregnancy, birth, and post-partum, and time devoted to "birth art" as a means to help parents access their own inner wisdom as they prepare for birth and parenthood.

Eden's Garden Embraces a holistic approach to childbirth. We increase parents' confidence in the normal birth process by giving them tools to work with birth-related pain and discomfort and to prevent unnecessary intervention.
