toLabor is an international organization that trains and certifies birth doulas based in the midwifery model of care.

Our goal is to help women reclaim trust in the ability to safely and dependably give birth. To that goal, we encourage active participation throughout pregnancy and birth based on evidence based practices and informed decision making. We are dedicated to supporting women's choices in childbirth.
