The Bradley Method embraces the idea that
childbirth is a safe and natural process, and that with the right preparation
most women can give birth without medication and routine intervention. Classes
teach a variety of effective coping strategies in order to give you and your
partner as many tools as possible to handle the challenges of labor. Special
focus is given to helping couples come together and support one another during
labor.
